Useful Information to Help You Prepare for the Conference.
Registration
Registration for Affecting Destiny is located in the Guest Services Center in the Main Foyer of The Cathedral. Registration hours are:
Wednesday, March 3rd: 5:30 p.m. - 6:45 p.m.
Thursday, March 4th: 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. (Will be closed during conference sessions)
Friday, March 5th: 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. (Will be closed during conference sessions)
What to Wear
Business casual and dress jeans are appropriate for all sessions and events, including the evening services.
Recorded Sessions
A copy of each general session and breakout session will be available for purchase on CD and/or DVD in the Guest Service Center.
Meals
Each conference attendee will be responsible for their meals. There are several dining options within a few minutes driving distance; a restaurant & dinner guide will be included with your registration packet. For your convenience The Cathedral Café will be open to purchase snacks and coffee. There are 2 conference sessions that are lunch sessions, lunches can be purchased at the Guest Service Center. (A lunch menu will be included in your registration packet).
Child Care
Child Care will be available during both morning and evening sessions for children ages 0 to 10 years old.
The Cathedral Bookstore
For additional resources visit The Cathedral Bookstore located in the northeast corridor of The Cathedral.
Medical Emergencies
For medical emergencies please find one of the security personnel or visit the Guest Services Center located in the Main Foyer of The Cathedral.
First Aid
First Aid is available during Affecting Destiny. If you have a first-aid need, please contact a conference staff member or visit the Guest Services Center.
Internet Access
Internet access will be available; however it will not be accessible during the general sessions of the conference.
